As women, we face challenges in finding a balance with our duties as career women, homemakers, mothers, wives, friends and daughters. Along the way, we must find ways to overcome the negative forces in our lives. The Board of Directors of The Women's Fund of El Paso believes that together we can promote positive change in women's lives by supporting helpful discussions that lead women to the resources and answers that help us learn what is good about El Paso, what is right with each other, and what is good for our children, and the future of our community. This way, we can all feel better about the positions we are in and better about our role in supporting this new opportunity for women to excel, achieve, and believe in them selves. Together, we can raise awareness that we can recreate our lives, bringing forward the wisdom of our experiences to add beauty to the lives of others.
