Special Olympics Spring Games

Time: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Location: Burges High School

The Area 19 2010 Spring Games’ main events are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at Burges High School, 7800 Edgemere. Events include basketball, track and field, tennis and motor activities. The “Athlete Village” will feature different games, music and entertainment. Admission is free. Information: 533-8229 or sotx.org

Opening Ceremonies are 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 6. A Victory Dance follows.
